  • Review Food Journal: Look back at your food journal to identify patterns and areas for improvement.

  • Goal Setting: Set new, achievable health goals for the upcoming weeks.

  • Reflect on your journey and set new goals.

Prompt:

  • “What have been your biggest successes and challenges? What new goals will you set for the coming weeks?”

Exercise:

  • Walking: Walk for 30 minutes daily.

  • Strength Training: Continue with your strength training routine, focusing on progressive overload to build more strength.

Mindfulness:

  • Reflective Meditation: Practice a 10-minute reflective meditation. Find a quiet space, sit comfortably, and reflect on your journey, acknowledging your successes and areas where you can improve.
