  • Natural Remedies:

    • Ginger tea or ginger chews can help alleviate nausea.

    • Peppermint tea can soothe digestive discomfort.

    • Probiotic-rich foods like yogurt and kefir can support gut health.

  • Dietary Adjustments: Avoid fatty, spicy, and high-fiber foods if experiencing GI symptoms.
